Microsoft dynamics 365 Business Central receives two upgrades each year in April and October that can be called Release Wave 1 and 2. These models provide technical and functional features to make the solutions work well and increase user productivity. Ahead of the updates, Microsoft has published an overview of changes. According to Microsoft Documentation, “For 2020 Release Wave 1, Business Central's investments are concentrated to fulfil the requirements of a rapidly expanding customer base, improve user productivity, geographical expansion, and custom functionality. Improvements to the migration tools reflect the priority given to bringing local Dynamics GP, Dynamics SL and Dynamics NAV clients online in Business Central."
APPLICATION IMPROVEMENTS
Insert purchase and sales Lines - Process purchases and recurring sales by integrating predefined recurring purchase and sales lines.
Improved document design - Save time when sending Documents to different customer or supplier contacts by configuring particular contacts to use with documents.
Bank reconciliation improvements - The webpage provides a better overview and understanding of bank statement lines and bank entries. Reconcile your bank statements with your client or payment books along with your inner bank accounts to identify unusual transactions that may be brought on by mistakes or missing payments.
Approval Requests – Inform the acceptance requester to approval and changes until final approval.
Languages and Nations-supported – Business Central will be available in the following nations with language assistance in Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Slovenia, and Peru
Integration experience - A better Integration expertise helps customers get started with Business Central.

Disable export of data to excel - Define which users can export data to excel give organizations more control over data.
Improved mobile access - Improvements in Design and responsiveness with display sizes and various orientations.
Import profiles and user-friendly interface customizations - Import and export profiles (organizational roles) and corresponding user interface customizations.
Improved Page loading time - Business Central has enhanced to accelerate navigation throughout.
Information Entry Improvements - In an age where data entry cannot be automated using OCR and AI, various improvements have been made to make data entry more predictable. Fast, and to make navigation in the fields of a list intuitive and efficient.
Views and filters in lists - You no longer need to recreate using filter by saving filters as perspectives and various other enhancements.
Page improvements - Users may display a hidden part on each page, and reduce or enlarge the design of pages that consist of multiple parts file lines.
INTEGRATION IN THE COMMON DATA SERVICE
With an enhanced integration experience for Common Data Service (CDS), users can connect and receive a common, consistent view of information in Dynamics 365 Suite and Microsoft Power Platform.
